EIP Center

EIP Center was officially launched on 28 July 2026 by the Ministry of Industry (MoI) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) under the Global Eco-Industrial Parks Programme II (GEIPP II) Indonesia. Established as a Center of Excellence, the EIP Center serves as a hub to support the transformation of industrial parks in Indonesia into EIPs by promoting resource efficiency, industrial symbiosis, circular economy practices, and sustainable industrial development. The Center facilitates collaboration among government institutions, industrial park management, industries, service providers, and academia through advocacy, knowledge sharing, matchmaking, and the promotion of best practices. To keep stakeholders informed and engaged, the EIP Center also publishes the EIP Center Newsletter, a communication platform that shares updates on the Center’s activities, GEIPP II Indonesia Programme initiatives, relevant developments, and good practices in eco-industrial park development. Through these initiatives, the EIP Center aims to strengthen institutional capacity, foster collaboration, and accelerate the adoption of the EIP approach across Indonesia.”
